By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to the following terms:

• Ticket-Only Entry: This is a ticket-only event. No walk-ins or to-go orders will be accepted. All guests must present a valid ticket (printed or digital) at the door for entry.

• Estimated Seating Window: Your selected session time (e.g., 7:00 PM) is an estimated seating window, not an exact reservation. Guests with a 7:00 PM ticket will be seated between 7:00 PM and 7:30 PM, depending on table availability. Please note that exact seating times are not guaranteed.

• One Bowl Per Ticket: Due to the premium quality and limited supply of A5 Wagyu, no extra bowls will be prepared. Each ticket is valid for one bowl of ramen only.

• Missed Sessions: If you miss your reserved session time, you may still attend any time during the same day’s event hours (11:00 AM – 9:00 PM). Entry will be based on availability.

• Allergy Notice: Menu items may contain common allergens such as egg, wheat, and soybeans. Please take this into consideration before purchasing your ticket.

• Event Modifications: Event details (such as time, format, or duration) may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Updates will be communicated via email.
